my fav-go-to Pho place in sf!!! should try other noodle fishes as well (like bun bo hue, banh canh)! also the newly added chicken salad is pretty good too

Basically garbage Chinese soup that they try to pass off as Pho. The meat is of the lowest quality, good if you like nothin but chuck as the main course, just try it for yourself.
The only people that will enjoy this place is for people looking for a cheap meal or people that don't know any better. -

Boyfriend lives walking distance from this place and we always get their Pho to go--it's affordable and delicious!
I usually get their beef stew with flat noodle! Lots of great flavor here and they give a good amount of meat. It's not the most tender because it's pretty lean, but its super filling!
My boyfriend usually gets Bun Bo Hue or Pho Dac Biet. Both are pretty solid and decent amount of meat here too. When we ask for no pigs blood, they give more brisket :)
We also get their banh mi sometimes--nothing special here, pretty standard.
All in all, I love this mom and pop shop with its homey feels! -

Had a fantasy draft and was in a bind to pick something up for a potluck. I thought of this place since i knew they were open early and was near were i needed to go. Street parking is challenging in the neighborhood. When i showed up i was surprised they weren't a bakery anymore. Well to be honest i haven't been to this place in a few years but at least they were still open early enough for me to get something.
Place is cash only. Service was great. Cashier was friendly and was telling me how the place was no longer a bakery anymore but a Vietnamese restaurant. I ordered six chicken banh mi cut into threes. Order came out pretty quick.
Once i got to the draft party i tried the banh mi. it was pretty basic. It wasn't outstanding hence the rating. Prices were good since it is a cash only place -

This place punches well above its pay grade. You can tell this is a well loved neighborhood spot. I'd definitely come back here if I was nearby
